We are building a network of adjudicators, representatives and volunteers to verify record attempts across India and around the world.

Adjudicator

Verify record attempts on site and review evidence, following our adjudication standards.

We are looking for

  • Experience in a field such as sports, education, arts, events, law or measurement
  • Attention to detail and the ability to stay impartial
  • Willingness to travel to events and complete our adjudicator training

State or Country Representative

Represent The Book of World Records in your region and bring record attempts, schools, organisers and media to us.

We are looking for

  • Strong connections in your city, state or country
  • Experience in events, education, media or business outreach
  • Comfort speaking with organisers, institutions and the press

Event Volunteer

Help at record events with registration, counting, crowd management and photo and video documentation.

We are looking for

  • Reliability on event days
  • Care with counting, timing and paperwork
  • Interest in being part of record-breaking moments

What happens after you apply

    Our team reads every application and shortlists the people who fit the role and region.

  3. We talk

    Shortlisted applicants are contacted by email or phone for a conversation.

  4. Training and onboarding

    Selected adjudicators complete our training before their first event.
